This is Apollo.
He was rescued from a abandon building in Bridgeport, CT. He was brought to the animal hospital I was working at. I hesitated to take him because I already had Lobo and Harley and thought my husband would kill me if I brought home one more dog. So I slept on it and decided well if I get thrown out, the kids come with me. Well I hesitated to much. Our groomer got him. But one year later I got a call from her. She told me she broke up with her boyfriend and he would not let her have Apollo and he had taken Apollo to the pound and she did not know which one.
She searched and searched for him and about 3 days later I got another call from her, asking if I could take him for a while until she found a place that would let her have him. I said sure. Needless to say I still have him 9 years later. He is a snuggle bunny. He loves to sit next to you on the couch and he sleeps between my husband and me.
Apollo is what I call and all American Mutt. And we love him very much. |
